An intimate feel persists throughout with earth tones, soft lighting and velvet drapery making this pasta spot feel like Italy under moonlight. Couples savor the taste of the light and crisp calamari fritti and Uncle Vittorio's ragout--rigatoni with rib meat sauce. Others sample penne with basil, mozzarella and a light tomato sauce and lamb shanks served braised in a tomato and red wine sauce over polenta. For dessert, the popular choice is creamy tiramisu.
